I have 4 plant's that are all different sizes. Although I havent sexed them yet, so I don't know if I have any females, but say I have two females that are different sizes. Is it okay to just start flowering for both of them at the same size, say 3 inches different..and how many times should I be topping my plant, to get get it the most bushiest as possible?

When I have plants of different sizes I just put something underneath the shorter plants. You can keep topping as much as you want.

Unless you are using clones, you are almost always going to have some differences in height. As the other poster noted, try to keep the canopy even (IOW using something underneath the pot to raise a smaller plant up to the canopy is recommended). As far as topping - you need to be doing this in the veg period ONLY, and make sure your last top is at least ten days to two weeks before you put into flower so the plant has time to recoup. Doing a FIM is also an option, but still needs to be done in veg stage - same as topping. From what I've seen of FIMmed plants, they seem to make the plants produce more top colas than just regular topping. See M Blaze's FIM guide for details (incredible).
