W Wetdog Well-Known Member May 23, 2011 #2 pHing the water is temporary at best and useless for the long term. Adding something like Garden sulfur will bring your pH down and keep it there. Wet

Wet Click to expand... Ok. So, I get some garden sulfur and sprinkle it on the surrounding soil and that should help the soil get away from being too alkaline?
