Alibama - Tips or things I should know before placing my order?

Going to be buying a few boards from a supplier on Alibaba, I'm thinking either KingBrite or Meijui. I've never used Alibaba before, are there any important things I should know?

- Any extra fees to Canada?
- Should I source them or buy wholesale?

I've also heard of people getting good deals by talking to a certain rep?

Be PATIENT!!! They think they can speak english. Communication can be very difficult. Normally it takes almost a dozen back and forth messages to make a deal.

Advice:
Rita@meijiu and jerry@kingbrite are decent reps. Id advice against questioning the authenticity of chips with Rita, she tends to get offended. If youre buying youre youre buying anyway and ive been very happy with what i i t from her.

I only buy boards from china. The rest i source locally. The kits arent always great value: shipping heatsinks is expensive and drivers are better sourced locallybif you ever need warranty.

I inquired about it. The price seemed nice but the shipping is what killed it for me. I'm from Canada and 100 bucks US pretty much eliminated the savings. I would have saved maybe 50 bucks and for that much, I'd much rather have the peace of mind dealing with a company like rapid or HLG.

If I were to order in large quantities, it would be worth it.
