ak48 @51 days, is she ready?

hi people heres pics of my ak48 lady at day 51 of flower, im planning on taking off this cola in the next day or two, does that seem ok? hard to see the trichs properly with my 10x loupe but theres deff some amber there.

looks nice and ready?

yes been flushing for last week, and using organic nutes.

i only have a 10x eye loupe which from as far as i can see, theres a few milky trichs and quite a few amber trichs aswell, hard to put a ratio on it tho

shall i chop?

I don't know if i'd trust those sweet looking girls on a 10x jewelers loupe. Please buy proper magnification it would be a tragedy to harvest those too early.. 51 days is a pretty quick flower..

I agree. I am no expert by far.... however from all of the pictures I have seen of harvests by the "masters" it looks like your girls have some dying to do. I read somewhere (FDD) that the buds take on a golden hue which is the trichs turning amber. Your pics show them on the white side. Good things come to those who wait. Your patience will be rewarded. Patience is a virtue. yadda yadda yadda. Let her live a little longer.

well i chopped the top cola off and left the rest of the plant to mature, im interested to see what effect different harvested buds are like so at least this way i can get a heady stone with this cola and leave the other 3 plants and the rest of this one to mature a bit more.

well heres the pics of the cola hanging drying, smells amazing, not a great sized cola but for my 1st grow im happy

im very proud to a succesful first grow, the rest of that plants still going i reckon another week or 2 for the smaller buds to develope, all in all out of my 4 ladys should get a good fair bit of niiiice smoke, cant wait till this cola dries
