If you have at least 15% amber trichs, go for it. I still give a few days to let it fatten up just a little more.
Mainly cloudy, not many Amber. Thinking on cutting down Sunday. It's on day 57 of flowering.
My guess will be 40 %clear. 60%milky I hardly see ember. how fast do the trichromes change?
My plan is to cut at the 63 day of flowering. I want to make sure my plant is mature. I'm just not sure how much my trichromes will change in 5 days.

Probably more amber trichs coming during those five days and making it more couchlocker. Mostly cloudy trichs means that THC levels are the highest in your plant at that point. More amber trichs means less stronger THC levels.
you're definitely in the harvest window.

The trichs can change rather quickly on some plants, I would check every day or two, you will be able to see the changes.
