I'm in my 5th week of flowering in my first hydro grow and I've finally ran into an issue (except for spidermites)... Unfortunately my gf left for the weekend with the camera so I won't be able to post ne pics of my problem till later today... i'm hoping that with my eyes looking for you, someone will be able to get me pointed in the right direction...

I have 18 plants in the producer and all have been looking great up... One plant was getting so close to the lights that i decided to tie it back a little bit the night before last, i tied some string around the stem (not tite at all) and pulled toward the door, so the main cola was slightly bent, allowing more lite to get to secondary colas and neighboring plants....

So last night I open the box to do my daily tests and WTF,:spew: the plant that has been tied is very limp and droopy... There is no yellowing the the leaves at all, they are just drooping down instead of sticking out straight from the plant, in addition a few blades on a few leaves have turned upside down... When i feel the leaves on this plant as compared to the others the just feel limp and warmer that the other plants for some reason..

The only other thing i noticed with this plant has to do with the net pot it sits in... Occasionally i have to unclog drippers and i just replace with a clean one then worry about cleaning the clogged dripper later, but on this plant when i pull the dripper out and jus run the 1/4 hose straight into the pot it actually fills the pot and doesn't drain out very fast at all... On all the rest of the plants the water drains through immediately and will never get full... So, my next step was to look underneath at the net pot, the roots look great but maybe too great, everywhere there are holes in the pot the roots are mostly blocking the drainage, all roots are white and nice looking...

So, i'm thinking that i probably have a simple overwatering issue, the water from the dripper is staying on the roots too long and not allowing enough oxygen intake?? The reason i think its affecting only this one plant is b/c of the excessive roots cloggin drainage?? Does this sound like to problem or could the tying back have something to do with my problems... Also, since all plants are watered by the same system should i turn all the water back a bit or should i try to increase flow through my netpot by possibly trimming back rootmass around drainage holes???

Sorry this post was so f-in long, ive been up all night working on the room, and honestly stressing about this one plant!! It was, until yesterday one of my bigger healthier looking plant... Anybody think i'm on the right track w/ the overwatering?? Any help is greatly appreciated, and i will get pics up the moment the lady gets home.... Thanks a million, i'm gna finish my blunt and get some zzzz's thanks guys...

bump.... ne ideas nebody, does this sound like overwatering or are there probs tht can be caused by bending?

ok, so i chekd my ladies when the lights came back on, and i'm still having a pretty bad problem with the one plant... for some reason the leaves on one branch are way worse than any of the other branches, and its the same plant... wtf... i used a long bamboo stick and pushed it up through the holes in the net pot to allow for more drainage, hopefully this works...

hopefully my old lady will be back soon and i can post some pics, has anybody ever heard of one branch getting real droopy and the rest look pretty ok still...?? any thoghts are suggestions are greatly appreciated... thnx
