Hi im running a aeroponic garden with a 200 litre water tank and i had a couple of 6 inch air stones going all the time which just broke on me, do i need to use them or will the water being pumped rd the system create its own ?

I`ve never had to use airstones with low or high pressure aero.
Not sure what mine is it pumps from reservoir to little sprinklers placed at top of the bucket then drains bk to reservoir coz each bucket on a tilted stand, can i ask aswell how do you water them ive just left them on 24/7 but read in places not sure on exact figuire but like 2 mins on 5 mins off and alot of people agreeing with both ways so just intrigued.

That`ll be LPA, HPA is anything from 80-150psi and generates a fine mist. HPA typically mists for 1-3 seconds.
@Atomizer you seem to know a good bit about aero. is some type of aero suitable for drain to waste? i've been doing hempy buckets for years now with a auto feed dtw setup. i need something that i can leave alone for 7 to 10 days at a time which i can do now reliably. any advice? thanks!

So would you advise me getting a pump again or will i be fine
Its upto you really, if the system is turning your 200L res over often enough you may be ok without. I`ve never had an issue with aeration and my nutes are sealed in a pressure vessel for the duration. I run to waste so they dont get turned over at all, they just sit in the tank until they leave via the nozzles ;)

Depends on the system, i use 26 gal accumulators which hold just over 10gals of nutes and they run from 2-14 days DTW depending what they are supplying. My AA could run almost indefinitely, at least until the oil needs topping up in the compressor, 6 months maybe.

Could you explai what you mean sealed in a pressure vessel out of interest please, ive got 2 pumps feeding 24/7 and a water cooler in the reservoir so 3 pumps turnung it over, i think i might just buy one but sounds like i dont need to rush

With the pumps and water cooler i wouldnt bother. It could make the cooler work a little harder if the air is warm ;)
A pressure vessel is basically a steel tank with a bladder inside. compressed air goes in the tank, nutes go inside the bladder.
