air purifier bulbs?

I was looking for CFLs online and came across these bulbs called air purifying bulbs. It's supposed to be able to eliminate odors. the color temperature is also 2700K which would come in handy when the plants were flowering and it started getting skunky. Has anyone used these? I'm about to start my first grow and air purifying bulbs seem to certainly add to the stealth part of it

If the air purifying bulbs generate ozone it will kill the plants in high concentrations.
