There's a post on air layering but I can't understand the cuts and teasing it open with a cocktail stick part, should it be totally removed or only half way or neither, would someone mind explaining or better still showing a photo of what is required to wrap in moss?
I’ve done air layering of other plants but never tried cannabis but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. Usually it’s done for difficult to root or woody plants. The slice is lIke the photo. You need a fairly good size stem. Then put some sphagnum moss or a damp root cube in the plastic As in the photo. Brushing the slice with rooting hormone wouldn't hurt. Good luck. I’m interested to see how it turns out.
In this article, we give you a detailed overview outlining how and why to air layer cannabis plants. It is safe and effective. Find out how to do it with RQS!
