Agar

just made some agar using this tek. http://www.shroomery.org/9427/Grocery-Store-Agar-Tek

now what do i do with it lol? obviosly inoc with spores, but what after that, i can transfer to more agar or use to incoc correct, but is there any other purposes?(beside "strain" isolation.

can this be done in glove box, lol, bored though i would have some fun with my spare supplies

also after i cooked the agar there was water sitting on top of each a fair pool i would say, followed instructions to the letter. unsure whether to remake or just let them sit lid off to dry then re PC them. hmm...

inject a touch of your spores onto it. Dilute the spores even more so you get only a few innoc points and can control mating. You can take a slice and put it in another dish, you can put the entire dish in a blender and make yourself a whole lot of instant liquid culture - bestest way to innoc anything, and you can store strains for many months on it.

You can also take a particulate reading of your room or environment with dishes of it, or take a reading of your physical self. Touch the stuff with a finger and then inspect what grows, do the same thing after a shower.
