After Tap Root

After I germinate and get a tap root do I put it in a cup under the lights or what do I do after this?

yeah really carefully pop it in your soil, about 2cm down i go and taproot facing down. then spray water the top soil and put it under your light

I know for me, I usually prewater my planters for the week prior to depositing my seeds to release some of the nutrients in the soil, then I put the seed in (root facing down), brush a little soil over it and mist.

i wouldnt turn on your lights right away. plant your sprouts, water them, then wait a couple days until it sprouts from the soil. Then turn your light on...
