looks like small white splotches on 2 fan leaves. the rest of the plant seems ok. and help will be appreciated.

so i got some calmag and have been treating it but problems are still persisting and even spreading. its grown extremely tall and has just started to show signs of flower but i cant seem to get rid of these splotches. any other suggestions?
