Aeroponics help requested - possible Calcium def

So here's what I'm working with.

All plants are in an aeroponic system and while these problems have manifested the plants seem to be growing pretty fast never the less.

My res pH keeps rising and I'm trying to get a handle on this. I'm using Botanicare organic nutes (Cal-Mag+, Liquid Karma, Hydroguard, and Grow Pro) and I've added Hygrozyme to the mix. My water temps are below 70 and airflow is not an issue.

I am using Reverse Osmosis water and I'm thinking that possibly the rising pH of the res is causing a calcium lockout.

I've been dealing with this issue for several days now and still can't seem to get a grasp on what is going on. I'm thinking I need to fix the cause of the rising pH and then everything else will be fine. What baffles me here is that I have a second resevoir with just Clonex, a bit of Gro Pro and Hydroguard and the pH is rock solid - not moving.

Can anyone offer a suggestion or thoughts?
