Throw an airstone into your reservoir - will increase growth 25%. I use a box lined with mylar over my aerogarden - cut small hole on top and put cheap fan ($7 for 4" at Walmart) to cool the light and reservoir. Also, with box, leave a place for air venting. Mine is on the dresser with the edge of the box overhanging the dresser. My babies at 10 days are twice as big as yours - will post more pics today for you. Yours look good - nice and healthy. What strain are you doing? Do these couple things and every day you will say wow! Watching them grow is better than TV.

They look like they are dying. Why are the leaves flopping down right at 2 weeks?
