aerogarden and lighttimer

alright well i have a aerogarden 3, and you cant program the time settings, i got a light timer and its set for 12,12 but when its off, so is the pump. is it okay to have no air in the water for 12 hours , and if not... what should i do

Go to wally world and pick up a fish tank air pump and run a small tube into your aero garden somehow it cant hurt to have both pumps going during the light cycle and only one at night. Should only run you about $10 for everything.

go to radio shack and get a figure eight power cord. they are like 7 dollars and will allow you to put the light on a timer. it fits the light socket power cord perfectly and allows the pump to run normally.

I do not know the wattage but a standard figure 8 power cord is safe
