Been a long time since I was last here, couldn't get my old account. Must of be purged from riu hisorty haha.

Anyway, long time soil man, moved to a Wilma 8pot aero mash up for the craic and would like some help.

Can't seem to get my misters to spray very well and give me the expected 360 spread I would expect from the red ones.

Pump is a variable 2300lph model at Max and its just not cutting it as you csn see. I have 8 of these misters that I'd like to run and get the full spread.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have absolutely noooo experience, im just now building my system, but I read somewhere that u need 20 gpg for each sprayer,

If you have the nozzle spec (gph and psi) and pump spec with performance curve (flow/head) you coud work out how many nozzles the pump can handle, it doesnt sound like it`ll be many.
The adhoc method is to try it with 1 nozzle and if that looks ok, add nozzles one at a time until the performance doesnt meet expectations. Remove a nozzle and thats what you have to work with :)

I use an eco 633 on 15 spray heads (180 degree) and it works great. All manifolds are 3/4 rigid piping, 3 manifolds per tray and 5 sprayers each. The pumps are 3 years old now and not any issues other than a thorough descaling at end of cycle.

I'm confused (as usual). I looked up those Wilma systems and didn't see anything about aero----all were using gro rocks and drip nute delivery.

Are you modifying the pots for aero? If yes, what are you using for pot lids?

A~~~
