ok I'm starting a new crop and I'm gonna see if I can do a better job on this one than I did with the last 1
but before I start it I wanna make sure I'm doin everything possible to have the best outcome for my plants
if anybody has any tips about soil, nutrients, light, water, etc.
it would be greatly appreciated

Well the best thing you can do to insure a successful harvest would be to wait till late may to early June to germinate. the plants will grow much faster with warmer air and soil. also they will be much less likely to be eaten by animals after local vegetation has started to grow lush. a third point is that the less time a plant is outside, the less chances of it being discovered by humans and animals alike.
