gan enyone tell iz how high me 400 wot light should be for my seedlingand when should aye start buding it wot hight plz

Start off at 3feet from the plant.

Keep it as close as you can with out being too hot on the tops. But I also use a cool tube on my 400 watt mh and hps so I get it really close, almost touching if I want to. Keep it at 2 to 3 feet if not too hot to avoid stretching. I usually start my seedlings or clones under a flouro shop light until bigger before putting them under the 400watt.
