Soil: MG organic. My first post here was when they were seedlings. It was suggested that MG was burning the seedlings, but it turned out to be a nutrient def.

I am growing C99
Problem: Mid and upper leaves have purple edges.(Molybdenum def.?) A few weeks ago dark brown spots appeared on the lower leaves. The lower leaves began to yellow and now the problem is slowly progressing up the plant. It seems these are two separate problems.
I have four plants, and only two of them are affected by these problems. The other two currently have a slight nitrogen overdose even though I have treated them all the same. The only difference is I had to repot 2 of them. These two are the ones with problems. Why is that? When I made the transplant the root systems were mostly intact.
I'm not sure if nitrogen is the problem.
As far as pH goes, i test the water and the runoff. When I feed the water's ph is about 6.2 because when I do this the runoff is about 6.5-7.0 It is hard to tell exactly because the runoff is a little murky.
