Advice on what light to use

I'm starting a small indoor grow in my closet since the outdoor season is ending. Any thoughts on what kind of light use.

The information you provided us is overwhelming

There are many lights to choose from, all depends on your application.

just like purplehazin say depends on your application,.. how big your grow room is, how may plants you wanna do, ect...

250 hps for two samll plants of some cfls would be fine. if its a small closet you might want to consider cfls due to heat, going to need ventialtion regardless.

I use a 400W HPS for two plants in a cab and if you dont have adequate ventialtion/exhaust it would be too hot. A 250W would be really nice with some CFL side lighting. Get some big yields off that.

t5HO floros or cfls

an hid lamp will make you spend $$ on heat extraction..........

i feel that CFL are useless if you was a decent yeild i would use a 400 HPS would be perfect

6500k for veg 2700K for flowering. the 23W(100) ones work just fine, and as many as you can , like 4 per plant would be fine i guess for small plants
