Advice for lst

my plants have been in veg from rooted clones 2.5 weeks. I’ve bent and tied them down to where I think I will fill most of my available space.
Now I want to either top or fim.

Question is do I top/fim every “top” or just the main cola “original top”

I usually top till i have however many tops i want and tie/train from there. You could top the tops, or just continue training like you have been.

As long as you have the time and room, top away. I top the main stem/stalk multiple times as well as all branches. Just dont top or fim later than a week after 12/12 switch. I like to train and supercrop through out most of flower too

So this is 2 of the plants. The one on the right obviously was started later.

i'd let that grow out another week or so, then top the whole damn thing. let it grow three nodes after that and decide if it needs topped again.
just make sure you're aware that each topping is going to add at least a week of veg, maybe ten days, before it starts growing vigorously again

Yeah the week of recuperation was accounted for. Thanks for the advice I’ll let it go another week.

Hey new member here! I love growing and I just wanted to get involved. Reading opinions on these boards have helped me a lot so I’ll pay it forward by adding some content.

So topping! I like to top the main stem after 5 nodes, I top at the 3rd node. Then once those 2 new main stems have 5 nodes, I top those at the 3rd. I also cutoff the growth at the first and 2nd nodes each time I top. You can follow this sysem to create however many colas you want.

Anyway, that’s one way to do it. Where you top and when you top depends on the amount of space you have and what your goals are for the plant.
When you’re learning, try a technique then let the plant respond. Plant training is pretty easy, just let the plants heal between all the stress and after a couple times you’ll develope techniques you stick to.

I cant remember how many times i topped and fimmed everything on the pic i posted. But, the main tops fill out at least a sq meter. And all the branches(thanks to lst and supercropping) about 2 sq meters
