advanced auto blue diesel (first time auto grow)

so again i got some seeds from herbies, love herbies btw. i got 3 auto blue diesel to try. i have never done auto grow before. i was told no nutes or additives cuz autos dont like em, this true? i asked advanced seeds but waiting for reply still. i am using my diy 200w LED set-up for this grow and since im an auto noob im only doing 1 plant.

im still sketched on the whole auto thing only cuz my buddy gave me an auto seed cpl years ago and the plant looked awesome, had a nice yield, but smelled n tasted like pine-sol. All of his was like that to.

so any insight is helpful im all ears
