I went here

...and wow. Into four liters they want 16 ml each of grow, micro and bloom. So for a gallon, a tablespoon of each.
That's selecting "3-component vegetative". cn

well my problem is im seeing 400ml for each and i know thats way too much for a gallon lol. so thats obviously going into a higher amount of water like a big rez. im using promix and need to water by the gallon. so your saying a tablespoon of each being 3 tablespoons total in all for each gallon of water used?

I saw that 400 ml also ... that's for the res set at 100 liters. The place to change that to the right.
Correct ... one tablespoon of each into one gallon of RO. AN also has it's "extra" bottles ... I'll wager you can grow nice weed without them. cn

hell ya i just figured that rez size thing out right before you posted this but thanks for the help! and ya im just using their base line up. might try out their extras one day but who knows if its worth it or not. thanks again!!

Hey I would not run 4ml per L. That will most likely be too consentrated. Start at like 2 mls per L = 8ml per Gal. If you ever wanted to run the additives, Big Bud is a good additive to run through flower. Good place to start.

AN product are very controlled and exact from batch to batch you need a ppm pen and experiment on mixes. Once you have found the mix keep a record of it and you can duplicate in the future. If this is your first kick with AN I would suggest just the three part at first this gives you a base for the next round where you can add an additive and you have something to compare too.

My full strength 1300-1400ppm equals 3.75 mls. per litre, 1200-1300 equals 3.25mls. per litre, 1000-1100 equals 3.00mls per litre. This has been the same numbers since I figured AN out and has not changed. Using other products like dyna for example, their products can be a hot or cold mixes and makes things different every time you buy a new bottle.

A couple of good meters will allow you to use any product with great results.

I use 8ml/gal in pro-mix. feed -feed-water. Remember, the more retentive the medium, the lighter the nute dose should be. However, your gals will not burn @16ml/gal but is a waste of nutrients. I ran 3 plants in coco, full blast @16ml/gal, 8ml/gal with sups and STILL did not burn!! This is using PH Perfect though.

Mix always ph'ed to 5.8 and immediately used (drain-waste) so PH Perfect aspect of the mix was not in play. I like it for the humic/fulvic/wetting agent. and 100% chelated macro/micro's

cool thanks for the info all! it'll be another week before i try out a half strength dose on my seedlings. i understand how to feed just needed a base measurement to start off with :p

got a few plants i had indoors for awhile that are budding that i put outside. they were starting to look a little rough so i gave them all a flush and a medium strength mix so we'll see how those react to it.
again! thanks for the help and info guys!
