I have a t5 fixture now with both spectrum bulbs in addition to this what type of light can I add to use with the flourescents without taking them down. Also How much light will be sufficient enough to keep a Mother plant happy =) I was thinking about Putting the t5 fixture over the mother plant with all grow bulbs and then getting maybe a HPS or MH for growing the clones(4) Any suggestions?

Remember that you wanna keep that mother in growing stage so keep it under the MH, maybe CFL can keep it happy but not sure. Idk think you need to much light on the mom but wait for widow or something. You should use Hps To grow out the clones, just watch out, clones are tricky.

If you're talking about grow tubes, then save your money. A regular cool white tube puts out more light that the plant uses, and is much cheaper.
For your vegging plants, use cool white.
For your flowering plants, use warm white.

Your T5 fixture will be fine for your mothers. They don't need much light. Put your light money into the flowering lights, and for that use HPS if you can take care of the heat.
