Adding nutrients, first grow

Firs time growing, my seeds almost done with germinating.
i bought a starter kit called " Recipe for success starter kit" basically it got all nutrition needed for the plant. I was wondering if any body else used it.
It contains: Thrive Alive B-1 Green, Sugar Daddy and Root 66, for transplanting stage.
For vegetative and floweirng stage: B.C. Boost, B.C. Growth, Thrive Alive B-1 red , MagicCal, Sugar dady.
the person at a store sad I need to add nutrients every third time I water.
Have any body come across those chemicals, and have any insides. Should I go to full dose right away or build it up gradually. When is a good time start producing CO2 in a grow room? When is a good time to transplant peat cubes in soil. Can some one also explain difference between transplanting stage and vegetation stage, and how long should each one last for Northern Light.
I would appreciate any advice that you can give me.

transplanting is not a stage, transplanting is when you move your plant from one pot to a bigger one....there is no rule that you have to transplant, a lot of people dont transplant at all. It all depends on your situation. example, if i have a separate veg room that is smaller i might have to use smaller pots just because bigger pots wont fit, and i will TRANSPLANT into a bigger pot once the roots fill the current pot and give it more room to flower in! but to clarify transplanting is taking the plant from one pot to another..*some people believe transplanting makes the plant grow faster some think it makes it stress and grow slower...

...veg is when the lights are on for more than 12 hours, ex. 18 on, 6 off. 1/8 and 24/0 are 2 very popular options for light cycles. Youc an veg your plant for a week or you cn veg for 2 months....a lot of people veg the traditional 4 weeks...again it depends on your style. if your setup is small you might have to veg for a week, if i have 12 foot ceilings i might veg for 6 weeks...

Flower is when you have the lights on a strict 12 on 12 off schedule, you must have complete darkness.

idk about those nutes bc i use FoxFarm products but use your veg nutes during veg and flower nutes during flower....

there is a million ways to grow weed, read here and you will learn a lot! and everyone has their own style, and they all can work!
