Cool tubes are great for keeping lights cool. That staement about not using co2 for flower is completely wrong. Actually co2 usage is only needed during flower cycle lights on. You do not need co2 during veg but it wont hurt if you do. Its best for the plants during the flower cycle. Not sure of the place you read that but I wouldnt take too much advise from there doesnt sound like they know very much about growing.
