I'm using roots organic original soil and there master 5ml program. I wanted to give my soil and bene's time to activate. So im using 1 gal smart pots. I filled them with the soil and watered with the oregonism myco. I have them in my box just chillin waiting for my genetics to get here next week. MY question is how should I let it chill? With the lights on or off? Ventilation on or off? Any other tips or info would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Mycos take direct contact with roots to properly colonize:

I always prefer to prepare a little "dip" for the transplant so the roots are coated before putting it into the planting hole. Or I'll do a planting hole, fill it with a teaspoon or two of mycos product, then transplant into it, insuring the roots are getting direct contact with the product.

As far as ventilation and all that stuff, I wouldn't worry about it, most bacteria don't do well in direct light, but they will be colonizing underneath your soil anyways. I would just keep your soil at an alright moisture, don't let it get dried out while you wait for your genetics ;)
