ACMPR Indoor and out door question ?

If the rules follow those of the mmar, short answer is 'No', unfortunately. A greenhouse is considered outdoor. You used to be able to get a license that allows both - just not at the same time. Not sure if that option is still there?
yes , we can choose both indoor and outdoor same license but quantity for out door is less than indoor per gram per day .
Mine is MMAR but i dont want renew due to i couldnt find any doc to sign here in toronto , so i gotta keep going for same thing -indoor .

From what I gather you can do both but the total plant limit you are allowed is lower than if you just picked indoor growing. I'll try to find the posts that dealt with that on the other forum I am Admin on.

The whole indoor/outdoor thing is stupid as hell and I wonder who the fool is that came up with that. What about people like me that live way up north and would have to grow autos to get an outdoor crop to finish before it's too cold. We've had frost in the middle of August fer crying out loud.
I know all about using covers to to block the light for flowering etc etc but don't want to screw with that. We have Joe Farmer's field along one edge of my backyard with him spraying toxic crop and looking right in my yard as he drives by on his tractor. People dropping by to buy eggs etc so not a good idea to have pot plants where they can be seen.
Screw 'em all with a big stick!

I must respectively disagree. If you read the Hellth Canada application forms you will find the choices of where to grow on page 6, sec. A3: Production Area
I will produce marihuana plants (please choose only one):
O Entirely indoors or
O Entirely outdoors or
O Partly indoors and partly outdoors
So either they are wrong or . . .

I spoke to HC at length about this. The short answer in yes, u can grow in a greenhouse and it will be considered indoor. HOWEVER it's not that easy. The greenhouse must be "a permanent structure that cannot be easily moved, must have a door and other features of a permanent structure". So, u can grow in a greenhouse whike maintaining the higher indoor plant count, but you can't do it in a plastic hoophouse. You would need to build a solid greenhouse structure with concrete footings etc. Those are much more expensive.
The mmar actually allowed this as well. I spoke to HC about this then, and knew a couple people who did this, ended up with a police visit due to nosey neighbors, police called HC and left them alone.

I'll try to find that and have a look. I think it's going to be years yet before it's finally re-legalized. It is just going into hearings in the spring.
The rules may take years to change tho. It's not like Justin can wave his magic dick and make it so. Big change to criminal laws take parliament to sign off on and you know how that works. Real slow.
I'm seriously thinking of applying to grow. Patient's right to grow should stand until the new rules come out and I'm tired of always looking over my shoulder. Too old for this shit.

Interesting. Everything I've seen for the amount of plants per gram is grams x 5 for indoor and x 2 for outdoor so for 6g/day I'd of thought it would be 30 indoor for you but I guess that's not a hard and fast rule.
I should maybe file with my 8g/day but the lower outdoor limit pisses me off when going for both. I'm so far north that I pretty much have to grow autos outside and I won't yield shit with maybe 10 outdoor plants.
If I file I think I'll just go all indoor and grow my outdoor ones off the property. Lots of dugouts everywhere down dirt roads for a ready water supply and no houses for miles.
