i accidentally gave my babies too much water... they are drooping now.

Sure,I've done it once or twice and there was no damage, once or twice wont hurt, it's when the soil is always wet, that's when you could have big problems. But it depends on size I think. You could make sure the pots are off the floor on a fridge grate or something like that to keep all the drainage holes working, if it's worrying you.

First, let's get right on the terms. Overwatering is NOT the amount, but the frequency.
When you water, you should totally saturate the medium until run off (water comes out the bottom), and then let it dry. Usually 3-5 days, Then water again.
Little 'sips' every day or so is overwatering, where your medium is always wet and a quick way to kill/stunt your plants.

NEGATIVE my dude, they will survive a drought over a flood any day and thats a golden rule. Just make sure you let them dry out and dont water them so much next time. just soak the soil don;t flood it, then water every 3-4 days and you'll be fine
the plant will tell you when its thirsty when the soil is dry and the leaves start to sag, not droop. each day they will sag more and more looking like they will die so dont let them go too long

Overwatering = drowning of the roots = not sustainable for plant growth. The quickest you can water them without disrupting the plant the better.... Its still hard to really give good advice with no pictures or information on the grow. You could be watering them just fine and be fucking up the ph or ppm. We just dont know because we have very little information presented here before us........
