I made an account here these past days cause ... I like this forum ... but wasn't planning getting involved with a journal. Was checking the forum advertisers and I saw these two brands I was hooked.
I am running some Gorilla Cookies from Fast Buds in soil, Terra Aquatica as feed.
I have the AC Infinity 844 witch is a decent tent, I got it on sale so it was nice. It is super solid, easy to set up and the reflection is incredible. The material is not that thick and it has some light leaks at the zippers and I can only compare it to the 2 tents I had in the past, forgot the brand though, but the AC is more quality. Had to choose between Secret Jardin and AC and ... AC it is.
What else, the T6 extractor and controller ... man o man. 10 years ago when I was growing weed ... didn't even dream of having this tech. This are the toys I wanna play with. It is nice to have control over temps and sound, in my case. The app has way more super cool stuff.
I also bought their 12l square fabric pots and some other stuff. Need to get 2 clip fans ... they are kinda expensive but I wanna go full AC :).
I don't have a HLG :( but that's my main next thing, hopping to get it at Christmas ... long shot but it's the month of miracles, right? :)
I am hyped on AC and HLG and I think for a good reason.

HLG typically hooks it up if there isn't a sale going on, just need to email and ask nicely.

OMG OMG OMG OMG ... THIS IS THE ONE I WANT ... REEEEED

It is ... I am happy for you man.
It is a bit more complicated. I am not USA and not UE but there is a HLG retailer so even if I can't get a discount I am happy that I have this option. The downside is the price, HLG Scorpio Respec is 1500 usd, but with a bit of savings...

Two of them got a bit of nutrients 2 days ago, the rest still on h2o. One of them is a little burned so she will get only water for a few more days.
And a big ass humidifier, love it!
Ohh I also need to get that inkbird to try it out. Will order on monday.20221118_210651.jpg20221118_210722.jpg20221118_210735.jpg

Checked out the runoff on a girl ... ph 4, ppm 3000 oO ... First watering with 200ppm and 6.5 ph.
Could it be the worm casting ... I use Bio Biz Light Mix and 10% worm casting.

I don’t check run off , but I do a slurry , that’s accurate way of seeing what’s going on at the roots . But they’re looking good ! With that high of a # with your ppm and low ph , soil , amendments, food , since everything moves to the bottom could be the build up which will cause a high # so cut back on feeding to lower that ppm , it’s not so much of the ppm it’s the ph at 4.0 .. what I would do is give it a couple waterings bring that ppm down and watch your ph go up , once you get that ph in range then your ppm will be where she needs to be ….it’s very hard to do , but you want where your feed and run off are in 500 ppms , make sure that the ph is in range …I only did this 1 time and a pain in the ass but I got where my feed , slurry , runoff was 600 ppm difference , takes some work ….but a slurry will tell you what’s going on now ….

Next time I wanna try Coco... At least one plant next run to see if I can handle it.
Thanks!

Name: Kong day 12
Poured 2l of water 200ppm, runoff 3300, never mind runoff ph.
And some spots on the first leaf, a coupe of them have same spots, but just on that one.
Concerns?

What soil are you using? Ocean Forest is 2000+ PPM for a month. I don't add fertilizer to it the entire veg. Also the main ingredient is peat moss and that is acidic by nature. They will claim a pH balanced soil but I have never seen one. Would only add calmag for now till numbers come down and runoff looks clear. Also adding supplements like Kangaroots is beneficial. Dechlorinate the water or it kills all the microbes in the soil. Mix nutrients up first, then pH balance that mixture.

I use BioBizz light mix but I bet that the Worm Humus is the problem cause I have other plants that have runoff ph 6. Also the ppm comes form that also. My tap water doesn't have anything in it, it's 0ppm water, best water in the world really :). Also the humus probably helps the plants to take the nutrients they need without a ph range (I have read about that) ...
All of them look fine, lush green, one has some N tox but will fix next watering. More then that idk what to do ... I will let em grow and check for issues.
