About to start first indoor grow ... am I on the right track?

I've read hundreds of forum threads/posts and am about to attempt my first grow. I have ordered fem autoflower jock horror strain and am going to attempt to grow one plant. I have purchased two CFLs - one says 15w @ 6500k and the other is 25w at 2700k. The 6500k bulb has a light output of 650 lumens and the 2700k has output of 1500 lumens. Because I am attempting to harvest an autflower strain, I was going to run both of these (and maybe more) the entire time on a 20/4 schedule.

I am going to build a wooden grow box. 18" x 18" x 32# (W, D, H) and will paint the interior flat white. The grow box will be located in a closet that is un-airconditioned but sits between my garage and an air conditioned room in the house. I am in the upper southeast and although we have had near record high temps, the thermometer in the room has read between 90 and 98. I plan to cool my grow box using a 4" desk fan on the bottom of one of the sides (intake) and a 4" desk fan on top (outtake). If I have heat problems, then I plan to utilize a modified styrofoam cooler ... cut a hole in it, run duct from cooler to intake, put frozen jug of water in styrafoam cooler.

For medium, I'm going to get Fox Farms Ocen forest and I'm planning on using FF nutrients as well - following their schedule at 1/4 the quantity.

Concerns:
1 - Heat. I am hoping that the intake/outtake will be enough to keep temps below 85. If not, I'll attempt plan B with the styrafoam cooler.
2 - Timing - if I start this grow mid July, I will be going on a week vacation from sept 21 - sept 28 .. right around harvest ... I guess I'll have to deal with that when it comes.
3 - Lighting - I can probably swing another light or two if it's necessary.

Suggestions? Advice?

For that small of a space a 250w hps light would prob be best... If your ambient temps are 90+, the heat is going to kick your ass though.

I would love to purchase the products that you mentioned but, I'm on a tight budget right now. It looks like I can get these on the cheap and boost my combined wattage above 100. Also, I am concerned about temps. Ambient temps are steady around 90 (low 90s) - will my styrafoam cooler/frozen water idea work? I figure that a gallon milk jug will last a couple of days and I could just have a two jug rotation every two days. I mean, if the temp in the cooler gets down around 50 or 60 then the air that is circulated through the small grow box should help keep the temps below 85, don't ya think?

using cfls u should just need a decent computer fan to cool it

If you are going to get CFLs for flower, just make sure to get 2700k color. I wouldn't buy any that don't list the color temp on the package.
