What is the best way to cure keeping my bud soft and very strong?

I would have to say the best was is to hang dry in a dark, cool, low humidity spot with some fan action. Once the stems give a nice crack when bent, vac-pac.
But thats just me.

you got the hang in the dark part right. you should leave the whole plant hangin upside down for a bout a week. then jar the bud in air tight jars. open once a day for an hour to burp. then close up . repeat process daily for a couple months.
then once its cured, theres nothing wrong with stickin in the vac-pac.

the longer the better
it's gunna be so tempting but I'm gunna wait it out for at least 5 or 6 weeks... mmmmmmm

or you could do the water cure method....takes 7 days...search for it on the forums here for an explanation. You lose weight though...about 15% less than if you cure normally. But if you aren't selling then it might be exactly what you are looking for. Good luck!
