No. He also used a blue line to circle problem areas on the plant. I don't mean any disrespect to his plants because they are looking good, but photos from a seed bank will have nearly perfect looking plants.
Why would cops post on this website anyways? That sounds paranoid.

I'm not gonna get into an argument about it.
But there not exactly gonna come on here and be like "oh hey I'm Mr policeman" They'd build up trust with people etc.
