abnormal leaf grow

Hi guys another little question. My plant has been through alot but now everything is good and is well on the way and shooting leaves off like a trooper so I guess she is happy although when I see other plants they seem to be taller and there leaves are very uniformed all the same size where as mine are a bit, should we say wonky! I'm thinking maybe it's previous damage now showing but wanted a bit of professional advice?? I've uploaded the pic but probably hasn't worked again!!

Also when should I start moving up from 90w to my 200w??

I would think it would be okay to move on to your 200w, just don't put it too close at first. As far as your leaves, I think the plant will be fine if you just leave it alone for a while. Let the soil dry all the way out before another water and don't add any nutes for at least 2 weeks or so.

That---is called a TRIPLOID--it is reasonably common I think, I have one upstairs just now on my STAR 47 grow. Im trying to find out a bit about it as I'm not sure if its good news or bad news. A triploid sprout 3 cotyledons ( seed leaves from seed, then instead of two leaves coming out on stalks from each node--you get 3. this might mean you get 3 bud sites at every node instead of the usual 2, which is good news. But I'm still trying to find out more about it.
