Fox news wins in court..............................................Tue Jul 31, 2007 at 06:14:17 AM PDT

(From the diaries. It's nice to see Fox so clearly admit to their modus operandi -- kos)
In February 2003, a Florida Court of Appeals unanimously agreed with an assertion by FOX News that there is no rule against distorting or falsifying the news in the United States.
Lawyers paid by Bill O'Reilly's bosses argued in court that Fox can lie with impunity.
It's their right under the 1st AmmendmentDaily Kos: State of the Nation

jesus. fuck fox news. and fuck those lawyers and the court that ruled the media has every right to lie to the public.

this country has just stepped another foot into saten's domain.

i don't believe in an invisable spirit creature named saten. but i believe his attitude and likeness is in the hearts and minds of the corrupt and ass-backward judicial system and the mainstream media.

I love how everyone thinks fox news is the enemy. I bet the people that hate it the most have never watched it only hear about it on websites that hate Fox.

I have watched Fox news alot, and it is obvious that they are full of shit and blatently bias to the radical right wing government. Now they are even admitting that they can lie and get away with it...gimme a break. That's just another reason to hate them...Fox news...AKA..Fox-Jazeera.

You think Fox is biased to the radical right-wing government? The Bush Administration is neo-conservative, which is hardly right-wing. If you want to see what REAL right-wingers look like, wait until Ron Paul gets into office.
