So there i planted 15 seeds which germinated last week and there was a tropical cyclone so it was ranning heavily....so all the 14 seed died ...and by chance only 1 has survived is it good or dying >>>+ tommorrow imma plant another 20 seeds D

Looks good to me. You sure that isn't 2 more in the background of the first pic?

no it is some plant that have grown because of the rain but the next 20 seed will be in treated soil ...
that seedling was out of the soil when i fist saw it on saturday it had only the first leaves ...and i have replanted it and it has grown by chance

lets hope so tommorrow imma upload my growing space and the seeds ...by the way here is it always 13/12 will the plant grow well it is a tropical island here

i can' let it grow to tall can i can make it flower in 2 month i am growing outdoor on a stair leading to the roof ?

Try starting them inside for a week or two. Let's them build up some mass/ be a little stronger
