a stoark dropped off ladys!

so this stoark calls me and says hes dropping off 3 ladys(unkown strain) one week into flowering with a 70 watt hps bulb and muliple 40 watt cfls.im really stoaked but its pretty much my first grow so im a little scared i dont wanna hurt em.any input to keep them away from harm?
i dont see why people come here and post things like this. If you want to grow marijuana you need to read all the stickies.. google shit, just like everyone else did.
Like seriously theres really nothing I could tell you that you couldnt learn by using google.

Dont overwater/underwater, don't let the lights burn them, keep them in a 12/12 light cycle, keep a fan on them, don't over fert them, don't let anyone see them, don't allow light leaks, keep a close eye out for insect's, PH you water after adding nutes.
I'm sure there's more - check out the forum section for TONS of info.
