So I finally decide to get off my lazy and somewhat stoned tookus yesterday and did some framing for my vegetative space and a flowering tent.

First is my vegetative space:
This is under a landing on a staircase. it measures approximately 5'W X 5'W X 4' high.
It kind of sucks because I'm 6'-5" tall but a mechanic's stool will mostly fix that.
I plan on utilising a combination of metal halide and fluorescent lighting in this room and thankfully I have two seperate electrical recepticals with their own circuts so a fair trade for a short space.
I am going to insulate this area as it has one exterior wall and a concrete floor so I will put up batt insulation on the walls and 3/4" plywood on the floor.
For now I have closed off the original opening to this space and on the wall to the right of the space in the photo is where I put the new entry. I'll post pics of the new entry soon.

The flowering tent:
I built in the mechanical room a frame that measured 5'L X 3'W X 9'H which may not seem like much but I have Two spots in the same area to create flowering chambers which will be built on an as need basis. I plan on tapping into the exhaust stack of the furnace and hotwater tank to run my ventilation to should the need arise but I don't think that will be necessary in this situation.
I have a 430W HPS lamp for this tent and I am also thinking of supplementing with some 4' fluorescent strip lights mounted on each or every other stud, 2' off the floor.
I'll have all the supplies this weekend to complete my build so there will be more pics. I cant wait till my pics are full of plants.

To clarify a couple pics, the one with the coiled up hoses and crap is where one of my flowering chambers will go. the nice thing about that spot is it was built for a central vac but one was never put in so not only is there a 3' X 3' X 6' space to flower in but there is a 2" exhaust line that was installed for the vac system that vents out the roof of the house so hooray for that.
That strip light in the middle of the one picture had to be moved to accomodate the tent. I must be high to have posted that one.
Well that's it till the weekend.
