A question on the size of a hydroponic system

Hey everyone! Not trying to be a bother, but I have a question to ask. I came across an intresting little system, I was contemplating on purchasing. My only concern is the size. And I can't really ask the guy who selling it, if it would be good for weed plants:lol::razz:. So I thought, the guys and girls at RU would be perfect to ask. Well the size is 15 inches long, 8 winches wide, and 5 inches tall. Can hold 8 plants, but 8, 3-6ft. tall plants won't work. Maybe 1 or 2. I also added some pictures. All answers are welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my ramble.:leaf:

personally looks a bit small for root's :(

you can make a bigger one with a Rubbermaid container Riu has more info on this subject on the : Hydroponics / Aeroponics forum

ill look for the link and edit this post.

i couldnt find the post. but it was almost step by step instruction on how to make the setup.

u can get Hydroton, rockwool, and net pot's on ebay in a package deal for less the 20$

you could make the setup with less then 50$ but you will need a lamp or a bunch of Cfl's

Looks the size of an aerogarden, maybe 1.5 gallons. It won't be large enough for more than one plant of any size, maybe two dwarf plants. After one grow you'll want something larger so go for it now. Do your own dwc system, keep it simple.
