Hello all- I am a beer maker and I also persue greener things. But I thought why not use my 5 gallon syrup containers that were used by Coca Cola, Pepsi in their old soda pop dispensers. They are commenly used by the home beer making set for home kegging systems. Well I made myself a nice tea of molasses and fish emsulsion bloom and a little miracle gro fertilizer. My question is should I pressurize the container with C02 or air from my air compresser. I do understand that Oxygen is needed at the roots and C02 is needed at the leaves.
