just watching one of those shows about true crime drama. apparently there's a new law on the books. if you lie, and that lie leads to sex, it's a crime! rape by deception, even if there is "no" force involved. ever gone to a bar, and told some lies to get into someone's pants? this is pretty fugged up imo! what's going on in the u.s.???

But how do you prove you were drunk? It's a good law don't get me wrong. But there is no BAC rape test, or atleast to my knowledge
