a little yellow and leaves dying

my plants are around a week and 5 days since they sprouted. i have CFLs on them, and about 15 growing right now. the soil is all natural and so is the water. but the ends on one plant seem to be turning yellowish and the first node is really yellow and about to die. but other then that, they look really healthy. just wondering if this could be normal or not. also, why are some leaves on different plants fatter and some really skinny. i don't know the strain seeing all the seeds i'm using have come from random buys from many different people. haha. most of the seeds seemed to be coffe colored with a few dark tiger stripes on them.


i'll post up some pictures too, this grow started as a joke, but seems to be working fine now! its a lot of fun too !!

Over watering or not enough air in soil.

Don´t worry...i have the same and my babe get better, just give water with PH 6.5 and will be fine!!!!

Its not your ph at this point. You are over watering them. You need perlite or vermiculite in the soil for air.

Put some pond water clarifier in your water to remove the bad stuff. it takes a while but regular tap water causes problems later down the line. If you have to use tap water use the clarifier then adjust ph to 6.2-6.8. You need the perlite or vermeculite if you cant stop overwatering. If you can let the soil dry a little between watering you will be OK. What strain are you growing? If its a multiple strain like WWxSkunkxAFG you can get three different phenotypes or the one you ordered when you grow from seed. If you grow a female seed of those same genetics you get all three strains in one plant.

my tap is 8.6-9. depends on the day of teh week it seems.

well i don't really know the strains just random seeds from my dealer

thanks for all the suggestions guys, i just got back from boston and some died, some didn't i like they way their looking so far less yellow and more greeeeeeeeeen.
