A little Watering Help PLease

I have a plant here, under about 50w of 6500k CFL light. Cant tell if this lower leaf stress is overwatering or underwatering. It has primarily green leaves, with the bottom leaves curling under like a claw.
I water every 2-3 days. when the moister meter says "dry" ( i also use a nute of 9/7/6 npk. every other feeding or so.

Any help?

Ok....NO nutes! She's still too young. Also, you may want to invest in alot more bulbs like 100 watts more. I think it's just too much nutes and not enough light to use them. But i'm a newbie and whatnot. Just take a peek at my grow if ya want.

Thanks for the quick response, i started the nutes because she had been going a little yellow, so i figured i need some N. The soil is not the best at all

I see in the pic that you have her tied off - get a fan in there instead and run it 24/7. A plant that size should be able to hold itself up.
Peace

its not being tied to hold it up, its being tied down, lst, i dont get much depth penetration with cfl's . i have a fans blowing air around 24/7 and two exhaust fans, one for the light hood. its 79 degrees in there during the day 65 at night.
