A little timing help

My 1 plant is huge for an amateur indoor grow....

I'd just like to know how long I have to wait until I can harvest this bad boy.

It's in the budding stage right? Any advice on how I can speed up this process?

You will need to wait a minimum of 60 days from the time you put it under 12/12 lighting before you should harvest. there is no way to speed the process up, if that were possible every MJ grower in the world would be doing it.

you havent included enough info for us to answer...

give better pics, how long have you been in flowering...how long did you veg for (looks like a hella long time from the pics)...have you already used nutes?...what kind of light and how many watts?
