damn thats cool.. you should tie a string/fishing line/thread to it and make it look like its floating over ur hand then crop out the string in photoshop.. and title it "get lifted" or something.. lol.. JK

As natmoon pointed out, it's an Olympus E-410, Digital SLR. I love the camera in every way except the damn flash is never right. I want to re-take that pic sometime with better lighting. It's now my desktop background

Switch the flash off and use an actual light that is pointed at what you want to picture.
To do this you will need to make sure that the camera is either on a stand or a chair or something.
Any movement will screw your pic so if you want to take it of your hand then make sure your hand is also resting and set the timer.
