Thermostatic Fan Speed Controller??

This may work
Master Flow Adjustable Power Thermostat Fits All Masterflow Power Vent Products - PT-6 at The Home Depot
Its meant to work with a vent system you should be able to wire that in.

You can by a standard fan controller unit at like Menards for under $30 high amp load and fine control of multiple units
