Hey guys what's up! I'm new to this and I'm just starting a grow as soon as I have everything set up. I was wondering if anyone has tried growing the super sour kush from seedism I believe and I was wondering which kush I should get, I was considering rp og#18, rp sour kush aka headband, cali con. 818 head band , their og Tahoe and DNA secret sour. Which do you guys recommend? Also I'm considering getting 600w hps and 600 w mh lights. What nutrients should I get, what soil and flushes should I get. I'm new to growing and I've read a lot that some kushs are picky with their nutrients so you experience ladies and gents I would really appreciate your intake and help. Stay blazed!

Wassup! I haven't tried that particular strain from Seedism, but I do know Seedism has some great stuff. I used know the guy when I was living back in Holland. He's a good guy and loves his work.

As for the kushes, any of those would be nice. The RP OG #18 is always a favorite. Headband is a classic.. That'll for sure knock you out. The other ones I've neither grown nor tried, but just pick a few and see what you like best. Any of the plants can be finicky. Just observe the plants, check your levels(pH,E.C.) and your temps and humidity. Kushes are rugged plants and can withstand a lot.

For nutrients I would recommend Hy-Pro. They are new in America but very well known around the world. It's a Dutch company that's been around for over 20 years. They also created the original Amnesia, so you can guess that they're pretty good. I'm using it now on a whole grow.
Check my thread out. I just started it but you can see the results of Hy-Pro.

It's a simple 4 part nutrient package. Root stimulator, foliar feed(leaf spray), 2-5-5 plant food, and a pH- which also has a little bit of food in it as well.

Very simple to use. 5ml per liter on all products. Increase the amount of the Terra nutrient slowly through the bloom period. Has a nice feeding schedule on the bottle. I say give it a try.. Their slogan is "Quality and Simplicity"

They're many opinions about flushing. Some give at least 2 weeks, some don't flush at all. It's a personal preference. I like to flush 2 weeks before harvest. With a gradual decrease in nutrients in the last 4-3 weeks of flower. Some say adding sugar or molasses will help give a better taste. I've never tried it but it might work. I just stay safe and flush it will pure Reverse Osmosis water at a pH of around 5.7-5.8. The other flush products I think are a waste of time and money.

Hope that this has been helpful. Feel free to get back to me if you have any questions or anything. Enjoy your day!

Really appreciate The advice man and I really like they're ssk the description the look but I'm just skeptical since I haven't been able to find a grow from it. But. I will most likely give them a try now.

If you were to choose between the og #18 or headband which would you consider your favorite overall? As for the flushing I will definitely be flushig my plant. And I will most likely try out the Dutch company. I just really want to give them something pure and that'll make Her strong!
Thank you for the advice really helps. I'll follow you and look at your thread as soon as I can and will definitely message. You if I'm in need of help!

Yo! No problem. I would go with the Headband. It'll have more rounded overall flavor instead of that straight Kush. It's DNA so it definitely going to be killer. It gets its name from after a good session you'll feel a warm heat sensation around your forehead (crown chakra).. Funky stuff fo' sho'!

I found a email for the Hy-Pro America company based outta Denver it looks like...

Hope it goes well. I'd be happy to answer any questions for you if I can. Enjoy your weekend! Laterzz!

I really loved the sound of the headband but I've been reading it can be tricky to grow and gives problems time to time and believe me I will be growing the headband on my next order for sure !!! Once I'm more experience and can handle the pressure the plant might give me here's what I'm planning on ordering today or by tomorrow check it out and let me know what you think my man!!

What have you grown from hso brother?!?! The master kush I read was great .. So the 818 was a stable growing plant it wasn't a pain?

my business prof told me one time to take a hard course from a good instructor is better than an easy course from an easy prof...catch my drift, if g13 has one or two good stable strains, then in my book they are all ok to experiment with.
