A few questions

Hey peoples,
This is my first indoor grow and i need some advice from the more experienced. I tried to attached some pictures for your viewing pleasures but I couldn't b/c they were too big. I'm going to try to put them in my gallery so try there to see them. I have 4 bigger girls that are different strains i got as clones and 3 smaller girls that grew from seed. (1 mikado, 1 Grunk, 1 N.L#5, 1 Shiva, and 3 Grapefruit.) I just moved them from 24/7 125watt full spectrum C.F.L to a 400 watt H.P.S on 18 hrs a day. I want to keep them smaller, but I would also like a decent yield. How long should I veg them out for? I feel like they could be a bit bushier. How do I do that?
I'm growing in a closet that is 2.5 (W) x 4.5 (L) x 9 (H). The light is about 18" from the tops and the temp is ~80degree's when the light is on. They are all in 1 gallon containers now but I plan to finish the clones in 3 gallons and the grapefruits in 2 gallon. Also, I know this is super hard to guage, but what is an approx yield I should be looking at? All my strains are indica dominant i think and I plan to flower when they reach 12"-16" (they're all going to range in height). Any and all info would really be a help. Thanks

I would switch over in about 10-20 days. Closer to 10 probably. They should really start growing a lot faster at this stage. Next thing you know they will be... what did you say? 9 ft tall. lol. Just keep a close eye on them. I use bricks/cinder blocks to level out the difference in the hight. Good luck! My first closet was the size you have. I think I got around a 1/4 lb out of my 6 plants. I could of done better if I knew what I know now.
