A few Questions w/PICS

So, I thought harvest time for my Aerogarden would be around December, I took these pics just now (with a magnify app on phone). Looks like it may be ready sooner? Any thoughts?
Started seed in Aerogarden Extra on 8/12, all pics from 1 plant

WOW, Nice app man!
Works really good for a 'camera phone'.
They look mostly cloudy, but what do you want?
I don't see any amber yet, but the magic glass will tell all......

I have the "420 Scope." But, the batteries died so light doesnt turn on. I went to buy new batteries a couple days ago and walmart wanted $7 each, it takes 3. I could buy a new scope cheaper from these links. I'll look into getting a new scope.
