or just plain wheat bread and a glass of OJ, maybe just water?
Say NO to Hot Pockets and any other frankenfoods! Eat all fresh foods (things made with ingredients, not cardboard).

Have as little sugar as possible- even limit juice at first. Breakfast: whole wheat bread/ toast with butter and a hard boiled egg. Include a reasonable amount of fat and protein with every meal; if you just eat bread/ carbs you'll get too hungry.

Snacking is really important- always eat before you actually get hungry. Eat things like fruit, nuts, cheese, yogurt.

Buy a copy of the South Beach Diet- it's great food and it works. Also there is a great intro to the book that describes why certain things are healthy (like whole wheat bread) and some aren't (white bread).

No beer, no soft drinks. Cut down on everything white (white bread, white rice, white potatoes, white sugar).

make your self a healthy shake in the morning too they boost your energy like hell, try like a few bananas, an apple, nuts of any kind really, maybe get some fiber to add in there it will make you go to the bathroom a hair more but not to the point where youll notice just dont add too much fiber im really skinny so everything runs through me like water not literally but you know hey any suggestions to gain weight with a super fast metabolism?

i lost 3 and a half stone in 18mnths , i was never fat , untill i had some major problems wich left me sat at home for 3 years with no job no friends and no life ,i finally got off my ass and got a full time job working nights , because of the major life style change and fucked up eating and sleeping patterns i went from 16 st back down to about 12 n half st , i still eat quite a lot of shit food ,and im far from being fit but at least now ive lost a fair bit of weight i can set my next goal of getting myself properly fit , and being a bit lighter should make exercising a bit easier , ..........just gotta stop smoking as much and get my head around the idea of doing proper exercise now, work gives me quite good exercise but i wanna start bike riding or something that gets you breathing more . good luck with your new lifestyle .

Sorry, I burned the shit out of my mouth when I was banged one night with one of those fucking things. But no it's not a good breakfast. Your better off making your own with pita bread and what you want in it (egg beaters, turkey bacon, peppers, etc.). The turkey bacon is slick, but I buy the pre made bacon shit when it's on sale. It tastes great and has way less calories and fat than if you cooked it yourself. As far as eating, I eat when I'm hungry. Not a set schedule or prescribed meals per day.

1) Stop eating shitty food. Make real meals, take lunch to work/school and quit eating out.
2) Go to the gym. Don't "make an attempt to work out at home". If you make the commitment to go to the gym, purchase a membership and work out at least every other day then you'll find that you actually enjoy the time there. It's a great release after a day at the office.
3) Stop watching so much TV! haha That shit will rot your brain.

Not sure if any or all of this applies to you, but those are a few basic changes that can and will take off the poundage if you make the commitment.

Try some hydroxy cut hardcore! dont just take it and do nothing though. take it a half hour before going running or to the gym and it will do wonders for you.
if all else fails just bang some meth.

i was thinking about taking hydroxycut by GNC, im not sure if that product works but surely i've seen people progress on them. I'm thinking about just cardio, eat subway maybe since it comes with excellent protien in each tuna sandwich and the calories are low as fuck ! but anyways, Just wheat bread? i heard eating peanut butter is also a good sort of nutrition. So alittle peanut butter on bread about 2 slices, and a glass of water to set my day. But like im saying, i have about a good amount of time say about 3 months + to get the body i wanted, such as slim, and maybe a six pack. But for now, i want to SLIM UP then work it through the packs.
what do you guys reccomend to not EAT at ALL? i cut down on soda, and soft drinks and only allow myself to drink green tea & water.

Frankly, I found the limiting what I ate phase I went through disturbing. I mean, I was depriving myself of certain items which I really enjoyed, made me a real prick. I'm not saying this would work for you but it does for me. I eat whatever I want. The KEY is portion size. Hey, I fuck up and go through the pint of ice cream and shit, but for the most part I stay in a good portion size. This in turn keeps the calories low and your sanity in tact. Talking as an old guy, stay the fuck away from the hydrox and all that other crap ola. Hit the fucking gym hard and she'll be begging to go home with you. You can do it!

yeah thats true. You do prove a good point, eating less portion of it does help. Cause limiting yourself will just make yourself crave for more of it. Hitting the Gyms Definatly. Any more Ideas?

Change your high, get active, get more sativa up in your blunt diet, weed diet, quit for a bit, lift weights, run a bit, crunches are your friend, work out

hmm. ima punch this in. Ima work out, cardio get slim and already, i think im progressing, i've cut down the junkies and i lost some waist. Green Tea really works. and plus i think i need to punch in more protien in the morninggggg

if your smokeing and just sitting around and eatting... your smokeing the wrong kind of bud...

however... i have heard from many people that cutting out a lot of sugar (like soda) helps emencely... it sounds to me like you should work on some cardio (as far as exercise goes) basicaly you want to make sure you at least break a sweat for like an hour everyday

as far as more protien... thats what you need if you want to turn that fat into muscle... but protien is useless without potasium (like bananas)

so... i guess my point is you know what you need to do... we are here to support you...

i just wish i had your problem... i cant eat unless i smoke and putting on weight for me takes more than an act of congress... so just be happy with yourself... weather your fat or not its just plain healthier to be happy :) :bigjoint:

hahah, its not much i aint that humungeos, just wanna look kinda slim instead of having a big blubb!
SO FAR, SO FAR. my stomache has been killed and i find my waist cutting down loosing some cheek fat. i dont know if im loosing water weight or fat, but im trying to at least drink a gallon of water a day for good immune system. anyways i haven't thrown in much cardio for my progress i should be starting soon cause lately i felt like shit. but mostly anyone can relate to this topic !
